If you know which EIS you would like to invest in, please use the documentation in the table below. Due to the way some EISs are set up, we cannot arrange every EIS available. In addition, for some EISs, commission paid to intermediaries represents an additional cost, so it is cheaper to go direct. If you would still like us to arrange one of these for you, or the EIS you are interested in is not listed, or if you have difficulties, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this webpage.
Commission rebates and other discounts are detailed below. At least 75% of initial commission plus 75% of renewal commission will be rebated. Please see How to Invest - the process for details of the necessary steps and information you need to make an investment.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CHARGES - Charges for EISs can be very high and come in many different types and forms. - please ensure you read the product documentation in detail to understand the charges. We have summarised the charges below, but this is NO SUBSTITUTE for reading the product documentation in detail. The detailed bases on which charges and costs are levied will vary from product to product.

Income tax relief relates to each individual EIS company in which the Portfolio invests; the tax year to which income tax relief applies therefore relates to the tax year when each share is issued (but see also carry back). Please see product documentation for full details of charges. ¹- This performance fee, if applicable, is payable at the end of year three (calculated from the date of your investment into Eureka). Thereafter, the portfolio must continue to rise in value over each subsequent 12 month period for any further performance fee to be payable.
