If you know which EIS you would like to invest in, please use the documentation in the table below. Due to the way some EISs are set up, we cannot arrange every EIS available. In addition, for some EISs, commission paid to intermediaries represents an additional cost, so it is cheaper to go direct. If you would still like us to arrange one of these for you, or the EIS you are interested in is not listed, or if you have difficulties, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this webpage.
Commission rebates and other discounts are detailed below. At least 75% of initial commission plus 75% of renewal commission will be rebated. Please see How to Invest - the process for details of the necessary steps and information you need to make an investment.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON CHARGES - Charges for EISs can be very high and come in many different types and forms. - please ensure you read the product documentation in detail to understand the charges. The detailed bases on which charges and costs are levied will vary from product to product.

1 - Initial charge is calculated as the percentage difference between maximum gross proceeds and expected net proceeds.

3 - Initial charge for Fomosa Films Top Shelf plc assumes that the maximum subscription of £2,000,000 is raised. Intermediary commissions of up to 5% are paid out of the issue costs, but not all applications will attract commission, and some commission may be paid in the form of 'A' shares.

5 - Greenlight Film Fund Ltd intermediary commission is paid by the company itself, i.e. out of net proceeds received, and therefore the additional cost is spread between all shareholders.
