75% Commission Cash-BackWhen you arrange your mortgage through a broker, the lender usually pays commission to that broker. This commission is paid by the lender to the broker and is separate from the upfront fees on the mortgage - it is not an additional fee you pay to the lender. If you use Clubfinance as your broker, we will rebate 75% of our commission back to you by cheque. You pay no fee to Clubfinance for this service. How much cash will I receive? The amount of commission
lenders pay is typically between 0.3% and 1.0% of the mortgage amount. Which mortgages are available? We have various mortgage finder tools available on our website to allow you to search for mortgages available using Clubfinance. Our database covers a very wide range of lenders and mortgages, but please be aware that some lenders don’t distribute their mortgages through brokers, or have separate product ranges for direct customers and brokers. Please also be aware that lenders can frequently change or withdraw their mortgage deals. Please also feel free to use a website such as www.moneyfacts.co.uk or www.moneymadeclear.fsa.gov.uk to look for a mortgage, and if you can’t find a particular mortgage on our website, contact us and we’ll see if we can arrange it for you. I know exactly which mortgage I wantIf you know exactly which mortgage you wish to apply for, you can use the Quick Search or Mortgage Wizard and apply online. What is the process for using Clubfinance as my mortgage broker? The process is similar to using any other mortgage broker, except that you can start your application by entering your details online, and you will not receive any advice in relation to your mortgage. Click here for more information on the process. How can you offer such a high level of commission back?As with all areas of our business we provide a low-cost service by ensuring our processes are streamlined and efficient. This includes an online application process and using e-mail as the primary way to communicate. In addition, we only provide our service to customers who do not need or want advice. If you are unsure about whether a particular mortgage is suitable for your needs you should go direct to the lender and request advice, or use a suitably qualified mortgage broker who does give advice. I have been advised by a mortgage broker, can I still use Clubfinance?Although some mortgage brokers charge a separate fee, many mortgage brokers make their living from the commission they receive on the sale of a mortgage. If you have received advice from a broker, we urge you to use that broker to ensure they are paid for the work they have done for you. However, we cannot stop you using our service if you have not already applied for your mortgage. Where can I get information about mortgages generally? The Financial Services Authority’s website Moneymadeclear has useful information on mortgages including a mortgage guide. | |

Important Information
If you intend to use part or all of your mortgage to pay off unsecured debts (for example, credit cards, personal loans or overdrafts), think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home or other property used as security for a mortgage or other debt may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on the mortgage or other debt secured on it. If your mortgage will be denominated in a currency other than sterling, changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt. Clubfinance is an execution-only discount broker, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Please note that not all mortgage contracts are regulated mortgage contracts, for example, the majority of buy-to-let mortgages are not regulated mortgage contracts. Contact details for Clubfinance can be found under ‘contact us’. Payments must not be made to Clubfinance, but to the relevant product provider. Clubfinance does not charge you a fee to arrange your mortgage, Clubfinance is remunerated by commission paid by the lender. Clubfinance does not give advice or recommendations. If you have any doubts as to the suitability of a particular product or the agreement underlying it, or you require advice, you should contact another appropriate firm that does give advice.
