Mortgage Service Suspension

We have temporarily suspended our mortgage service.

Clubfinance aim to achieve a high standard in customer service. In the current market, mortgage deals may only be available for a matter of days before being withdrawn with little or no notice. Given the impact of this on the service we can offer, we have therefore taken the decision to suspend our service.

We are currently revising our mortgage systems and aim to reopen our mortgage service in mid 2009.

If you intend to use part or all of your mortgage to pay off unsecured debts (for example, credit cards, personal loans or overdrafts), think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home or other property used as security for a mortgage or other debt may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on the mortgage or other debt secured on it. If your mortgage will be denominated in a currency other than sterling, changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt.

Clubfinance is an execution-only discount broker, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Please note that not all mortgage contracts are regulated mortgage contracts, for example, the majority of buy-to-let mortgages are not regulated mortgage contracts. Clubfinance does not charge you a fee to arrange your mortgage, Clubfinance is remunerated by commission paid by the lender. Clubfinance does not give advice or recommendations. If you have any doubts as to the suitability of a particular product or the agreement underlying it, or you require advice, you should contact another appropriate firm that does give advice. In the event of any conflict between product literature and information provided by Clubfinance Ltd, the product literature shall prevail.
