Clubfinance Ltd was incorporated in 2002 and has been authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority since 2004. You can check our authorisation on the FSA Register.
Clubfinance has offices located in the Old Town conservation area of Hemel Hempstead, but we provide our services to customers from all over the United Kingdom.

- corporate finance and financial consultancy services.
Our discount brokerage service has the following objectives:
- provide low-cost access to financial products for individuals who do not need or want advice;
- treat our customers fairly;
- deliver a high standard of customer service; and
- be transparent and open in all that we do.
Our corporate finance and financial consultancy activities focus on the following areas:
- raising finance for small companies (between £0.5mil and £5mil);
- advising on Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) schemes; and
- providing ExcelTM-based financial modelling services
